Two-point reconstruction

The core workflow is simple: click the deepest contact and the most superficial contact of the same electrode on any slice view. NeuXelec uses the electrode's known inter-contact spacing to automatically estimate every contact in between along the trajectory.

Synchronized orthogonal views

Axial, coronal, and sagittal CT slices are shown simultaneously with a shared crosshair. Clicking in any view moves the crosshair in all three. Navigate to any contact in one click.

Per-electrode properties

Each electrode gets a name, hemisphere assignment (L/R), contact count, inter-contact distance, and a custom colour. Contacts are numbered automatically from deepest to shallowest.

All SEEG configurations

Electrode reference files are pre-loaded for all Dixi Medical SEEG electrodes, covering the full range of contact counts and spacings. It is also possible to define a custom electrode by specifying contact count, inter-contact distance, and skipped contacts. Parameters auto-fill from the reference once selected.

Coordinate export

Export all contact positions as CSV or BIDS-compatible TSV. Coordinates are given in both voxel indices and physical LPS millimetres. MNI coordinates are added after normalization.
