From raw scans to precise electrode localization.
The complete SEEG workflow in one tool.
Four steps. One workflow.

Two opening modes
Edit mode: full access. Visualization only: navigate and export, no modifications.
Align MRI, CT, PET, SPECT and fMRI into a shared space automatically. No scripting, no manual landmarks.
Two clicks per electrode. Load the implantation plan and NeuXelec proposes the name and the reference of each one.
Reslice along the electrode axis. Overlay functional data and name every contact with the SEEG2parc measure.
Render contacts on the cortical surface. Normalize to MNI and export publication-ready figures.
Load any combination of MRI 1, CT, MRI 2, PET, ictal and inter-ictal SPECT and fMRI. NeuXelec aligns every modality to the MRI 1 reference automatically, and no alignment counts until you have reviewed it on screen. No manual landmark picking, no command line.
Click two contacts on the post-implant CT. NeuXelec reconstructs the full electrode trajectory and assigns precise coordinates to every contact. Load the NeuroInspire plan and it also proposes the name, the hemisphere and the reference of the nearest planned trajectory. Minutes, not hours.
Reslice any volume along the electrode shaft for a true contact-aligned view. Overlay CT, MRI, PET, SPECT, SISCOM and fMRI simultaneously. A live table names each contact with the SEEG2parc measure, the dominant region of the weighted cube around it.
Visualize all implanted electrodes on the patient's cortical surface. Navigate coronal, axial and sagittal slices simultaneously, then normalize to MNI space for group-level analysis.
